The Mobi-Chair® floating beach wheelchair is designed with everyone in mind: wheelchair users, people with special needs, or even children can benefit from the convenience, portability and comfort of the Mobi-Chair®.  We will supply the rider with a personal flotation device.

The floatable wheels and armrests provide an unprecedented experience due to their stable buoyant design making it suitable for use at the beach or pool. The Mobi-Chair® Floating Beach Wheelchair provides a comfortable ride. The rubber pneumatic tires provide easy mobility through sand and other rough surfaces. The integrated handles on the armrests provide added stability while enjoying the ride on land or in the water.

Transportation and storage is convenient. Mobi-Chair® Floating Beach Wheelchair is quickly assembled or disassembled by operating the quick release pins and joints without tools. It can easily fit into any vehicle. If your rental house does not have direct beach access this chair can be disassembled for transport from your location to the beach and back.

This chair and the EZ Roller Surf Wheelchair are great options if you need to keep your legs straight due to a recent leg/knee surgery.  This chair is a great option when our other options are not available during your stay.

Usage and safety:  Mobi-Chair® Floating Beach Wheelchair should not be used during inclement weather, dangerous surf, rough ocean currents, rip tides and any other poor conditions. Users must always be accompanied by a responsible, able-bodied adult. Always maintain control of your wheelchair while in use. To ensure safety and prevent injury, the user must wear the seatbelt while using the wheelchair except when in the water, then the seatbelt is optional. We recommend the floating chair be used in water no deeper than the waist of the person pushing the chair. This is imperative to the user’s safety. Do not use the components of the wheelchair for any purpose other than what is intended. Do not have more than one person using the wheelchair. Please let us know if you will need to disassemble our chairs so that we can provide you with instructions.  You are responsible for understanding the assembly and disassembly instructions for the chair.  You are responsible for any missing or broken parts.
